If you don’t have energy, nothing is fun and even the good things in life become a chore.

It is possible to generate the energy you need and deserve but it will require a different approach. You can’t just pop a pill to begin enjoying life again. You need to look beyond the physical reasons for fatigue —you need mind-body balance.

We tend to think of energy as something physical and want to measure it in terms of the number of tasks we perform, but that doesn’t really give a complete picture.  Energy is also defined by your emotional state and the satisfaction you feel from the relationships in your life.

Initially, I always recommend that a tired patient undergo a detailed medical evaluation, but for the majority of patients, the tests all come back normal. It is frustrating to be told that all is fine and yet you feel no better.  It is this frustration that led me to develop an approach that would help women find energy.

You will find an easy six-step program that will increase your energy. It is designed to become a part of your daily life. Not only will you have more energy, but your relationships with your family, friends, and coworkers will improve.

If you already have lots of energy, you might think this book is not for you. But, if you follow the steps, you will not only protect the energy you have today, you will increase the amount available when energy demands escalate. It is important to have reserves.
